I'm Asmae, a chef based in Quebec, a mom, and someone who has always been passionate about family cooking.

Trained in France, I worked for several years in the restaurant industry before settling in Quebec. It was in my own kitchen that I started creating my spice blends — first for my family, then for everyone who wanted to bring those authentic flavors home.
